November 2021 Construction Updates

November 4, 2021

Main Entrance/Escalator
The canopy over the escalator will be installed this week. The escalators will be running off and on over the next few weeks. Pavers and an art wall are being installed at the entrance this week.

Steamboat Square
Metal decking wrapping up this week. The concrete ‘lid’ will continue to be poured. Pavers will wrap up installation this week.

Gondola Terminal
Final installation of hand rails, RFID gates being installed this week.

November 10, 2021

Main Entrance/Escalator
The escalator canopy is set. Inspection of the escalator will happen next week. Final installation of pavers, art wall, and wayfinding signage will also happen this week.

Steamboat Square
Continuing to pour concrete ‘lid’. Laying pavers to snow.

Gondola Terminal
Elevator inspection will happen this week. A final walk through will happen this week.

November 18, 2021

Main Entrance/Escalator
The remaining roof canopy on the escalator to be installed 11/21.

Steamboat Square
Final concrete pour on cement “lid” to happen on 11/17. Final pavers installed this week. Art installation begins on 11/19. Wayfinding installation on 11/19.
